About Connie

Connie transitioned into Real Estate in 2020 after working as a proven senior executive in the fashion industry for decades. She switched to real estate because she always had a passion for real estate and wanted to apply her experience as a business leader to successfully guide you through your selling or buying experience.  As she describes it, “I live by the 3 ‘C’s: commitment, consistency & communication. I always have my client’s best interests at the forefront and abide by the 3 ‘C’s. I have and will always go the extra mile. I make sure that my clients are well informed and as comfortable as possible as they navigate one of the most important decisions they will make in life.”

Connie’s first year in real estate/2021 she was a top 17% producer at Berkshire Hathaway.   Connie’s second year/2022 she was a top 10% producer at Berkshire Hathaway nationwide. Connie was awarded Agent of the Year for Monmouth County 2023/RateMyAgent.  Connie has completed her certification and is a SRS = Seller Representative /Specialist.

Connie has personally experienced many types of buying and selling, from searching for the appropriate home for her growing young family to buying/selling second properties on the Jersey shore to relocating 3,000 miles to a new unknown city and most recently finding a home as an empty nester. “The move out west taught me so much about relocating and starting over in a brand-new community and state.” All these experiences come with unique boxes to check off and she can offer expertise and comfort during the process through it all.

Connie now lives in Asbury Park. In her spare time, she is super active hiking, running, and walking. She even ran the NY Marathon. She also loves trying new restaurants and sharing her finds with family and friends. Whenever she gets the opportunity, you can find her outside exploring new places and meeting new people.
